My Polyphasic Sleep Experiment – Day 3, Nap 3

Sweet Succ... succ... Zzzzz....

I finally fell asleep. I remember having a strange dream where I was playing recreational volleyball with some friends and there was no net. And I woke directly from this dream when the alarm went off.

I don’t feel refreshed or anything, but I’ve started to feel some hope that this could work.

Stepping back, at this point I have had a very mild headache and general body aches all day long. Nothing to call in sick over, but noticeable enough that I recognize it as a side effect of sleep deprivation.
